1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing, accessing, or using Loom Central services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
Loom Central provides managed website services including (as applicable): monitoring, updates, maintenance, security measures, backups, performance optimization, content edits, and technical support.
Our services are time-based and resource-based. Value is delivered through labor, expertise, system access, configuration, and active management—not a single tangible product.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely responses when requested.
- Maintain active domain registration and renewal payments unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Provide required access (domain registrar, hosting, WordPress/admin, DNS, etc.) when needed.
- Ensure your content, images, and materials are lawful and you have rights to use them.
- Keep third-party subscriptions (plugins, themes, email services) active when required.
4. Domain Ownership & Renewal
Unless expressly stated in writing, your domain remains your property and your responsibility. If your domain expires or is suspended, your website may go offline even if it is otherwise managed.
5. Payments & Billing
- Invoices are due according to the payment terms shown on the invoice.
- Access, onboarding, or work may be paused until payment is received.
- Late payments may result in service interruption.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, incorporated here by reference.
7. Third-Party Services
Your website may rely on third-party providers (hosting, registrars, plugins, payment processors, email platforms). Loom Central is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or service interruptions.
8. Service Limitations & No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, traffic growth, leads, or revenue unless explicitly stated in writing.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if:
- Invoices remain unpaid beyond the due date
- Required access is not provided
- You violate our Acceptable Use Policy
- We identify malicious activity or high risk to systems
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loom Central is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance.
