Terms of Service

1. Services
Loom Central provides Managed Website Services, which may include website setup or migration, hosting coordination, routine updates, backups, security monitoring, and content changes within plan scope.
2. Scope of Work
Services provided are limited to the plan selected and/or written agreement. Requests outside plan scope (e.g., full redesigns, major rebuilds, complex integrations, eCommerce setup) will be quoted separately.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, lawful content and materials.
- Maintain current contact and billing information.
- Respond to approvals and requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain active domain registration and renewal (see Hosting & Domain Disclosure).
4. Access & Credentials
Loom Central may retain administrative access to the website and related tools necessary to perform services. Client access may be provided as appropriate and may be limited to protect website integrity.
5. Payments
Services are billed in advance (monthly or yearly). Non-payment may result in service suspension. Fees are non-refundable once the service period has begun, except where required by law or stated in a written agreement.
6. Availability & Downtime
While we strive for high availability, uptime is not guaranteed. Website downtime can occur due to hosting infrastructure, software updates, third-party service interruptions, or internet/network issues.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loom Central is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services during the prior billing period.
8. Acceptable Use
Clients may not use services for unlawful activity, spam, malware, fraud, or copyright infringement. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate service in accordance with the Termination & Migration Policy. Termination does not remove payment obligations for services already provided.
10. Changes
Loom Central may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
